Klassen Brothers Northern has been developing a safety culture since 19994 when we achieved our first COR.  In the past nineteen years, we realised safety is an integral part of the Canadian construction industry.  Our program is constantly evolving to make sure our employees work and think safety everywhere.  The key components of our program are:

·          All employees are pre-screened for drug and alcohol use.  

·          All of our service trucks and graders are equipped with GPS tracking.

·          We subscribe to ISNetworld Complyworks and PICS to help us monitor for compliance, industry related practices, and legislation.

·          All of our staff receives onsite and task related training.  This includes an active competency program, training program and mentoring program. 

·          We are constantly integrating technology into our work, this gives us better trending and communication at the touch of a button.  

·         Site inspections that monitor for competency, equipment maintenance and safety compliance.

·         Complete endorsement from management and staff.  We take safety seriously.
